You might have noticed already that we just
launched a complete rebranding and a brand
communication plan for YESpay International,
including a brand new positioning for YESpay
and our payment products and services,
a brand new logo, website and product
brochure.
This change was felt necessary to add a fresh,
new direction to the business in alignment with
our long term growth strategy. The payment
industry is changing its face and it is moving to a
more consumer driven proposition. For this, we
liked the enthusiasm
and strategic depth
shown by our brand communications partner 'Quirk Design & Communications'.
They came up with a dynamic and confident communication strategy that gave
utmost importance to innovation and consumer experience.
To give you a better understanding, here's what Supriya Rocha - head
of Quirk Design and Communications has to say. "For us, designing
the brand communication strategy for YESpay has been quite a challenge.
We wanted it to be consumer-friendly, fresh and innovative yet convey the depth of YESpay in
payments processing. The core of our strategy was to keep all the elements in the communication
really simple and easy to understand. And we wanted the brand to project an endless and
youthfull zeal for new ideas. It was an interesting process of interviews, discussions and directions which led
us to the new brand communication of YESpay. Now, let me demystify the new brand identity of YESpay:
-The Burgundy Ring signifies an endless circle of payments / payment services.
-The Emerald Chink signifies YESpay playing the role of a catalyst in facilitating this payment circle to function
in an uninterrupted and smooth way.
And as you would imagine colours play an important role in brand communication. We chose Burgundy for
solidity. Watermelon signifies a cheerful disposition & out of the box thinking. And Emerald stands for
innovation combined with old world maturity."

Centric's StoreWorld integrated with YESpay's EMBOSS managed
cards payment service to offer Pan-European coverage -

Centric's StoreWorld product suite, the
end-to-end solution for Retail, is now
integrated with YESpay's managed debit
and credit card payment service EMBOSS,
that enables retailers to process EMV Chip & PIN and magnetic credit and debit card payments within seconds
from their point of sale terminals.
The partnership between YESpay and Centric allows multi-national retailers to use a single and uniform EFT
platform throughout the whole of Europe (35 European countries, including UK and Ireland), as well as in
Canada and the United States, thus no more interfacing with local, country dependent EFT suppliers is
needed. EMBOSS supports both off-line and on-line PIN verification ensuring it can deal with all credit and
debit card payments. Pan-European merchants can significantly reduce their card processing costs by having
a single merchant service agreement with Elavon and low monthly EMBOSS service costs. In addition,
merchants can dramatically reduce the technical burdens and high costs of operating multiple card payment
services in the different countries they have stores in - EMBOSS is a common payment solution for all stores
regardless of location.
Centric chose to integrate with YESpay in order to offer to its customers in UK and Europe a secure, pre-accredited
and multi-channel payment service.

Integrated with YESpay's EasyV-Retail, TechRider's Point-Of-Sale (POS) now
constitutes a unique proposition for inventory management as well as EMV Chip
& PIN and magnetic stripe credit and debit card acceptance, processing payments
for retail stores and supermarkets of all sizes. Those merchants will therefore
benefit from an integrated solution, fully compliant with the EMV liability shift
deadline already in place since March 31st.
Businesses running TechRider's POS software can now process and settle EMV and
magnetic stripe transactions securely with their chosen card processor such as
Chase Paymentech and First Data Merchant Services (FDMS) via YESpay's pre-accredited and PCI-DSS
certified payment service, called EMBOSS. All major EMV credit and debit cards are supported with the
EasyV-Retail solution including Visa, MasterCard, Interac, Maestro, Amex, Diners and more. EasyV-Retail also
supports on-line PIN validation for both Canadian Interac debit card transactions as well as US magnetic
debit transactions.
